Personalisation Errors on Our Part

Within 30 days of receipt of your personalised item, you may return it in its original condition for a replacement if we have made any errors on the item.

We reserve the rights to refund and only will at our discretion.

Non-Personalised Products

which can be ordered on our website without any personalisation, can be returned in perfect condition for a refund or exchange as per the Distance Selling Regulations. We will not refund the original shipping cost or your return shipping costs.
